We strongly encourage visitors to use public transportation whenever possible as parking is not available on site.

· No ID required for general admission

You do not need to carry identification for general visits.

However, ID may be required when accessing restricted security areas.

· Free admission and programs

All services offered at UX Studio Seoul are available free of charge at all times.

Please note that photography may be restricted in certain areas.

· Beverage policy

Bringing drinks inside UX Studio Seoul is prohibited.

Please leave your beverages at the storage area next to the reception before entering the experience spaces.

· Accessibility support

If you require assistance such as wheelchair access, please inform us in advance when making your reservation or contact the reception desk upon arrival.

· Location

UX Studio Seoul is located on the first floor of the Hyundai Motor Group Building on Gangnam-daero.

· Access areas

When you arrive, the reception on the first floor will guide you through the entry process and advise you of the areas you can visit.

Depending on security requirements, you may need to obtain an access pass. 

General visitors are allowed access only to the first floor and selected areas on the second floor.
