SEOUL, Sept. 21, 2026 – Hyundai Motor Company has concluded its 2026 Hyundai Service Talent Academy training program, a five-day initiative that develops the next generation of global service professionals.
Held annually, the program invites outstanding talent from Hyundai Motor’s global academic-industry partner institutions for specialized training in Korea.
This year’s program brought together 18 outstanding students and 10 instructors from partner institutions across eight countries in Asia and Europe — Nepal, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Türkiye, Poland and Singapore.
Running from Sept. 14–18, the program combined advanced mobility training with tours of key Hyundai Motor Group sites, equipping participants with the required technical skills to support customers worldwide.

These visits gave participants a contextual understanding of how each stage — from steel manufacturing to production to service — contributes to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
The 10 instructors will return to their home institutions to develop and deliver Hyundai Motor-specialized curricula, sharing what they have learned with future students.
Through this approach, Hyundai Motor expects its service talent development expertise to spread across global academic-industry networks and cultivate the next generation of service professionals.
Equipped with the knowledge and practical skills gained through the program, the 18 students will continue developing their careers in the automotive service sector in their home countries.
Hyundai Motor will work with local educational institutions, overseas subsidiaries and dealer networks to create pathways for qualified graduates to pursue opportunities within Hyundai Motor’s global sales and service network.
